On March 15, 2022, the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) will begin accepting applications for Class 5 Retailers.  The CRC has already started accepting applications for Class 1 Cultivators, Class 2 Manufacturers, and Testing Laboratories since December 15, 2021.
