Sherry brings nearly three decades of expertise in public accounting, with a diverse skill set spanning business valuation, litigation assistance, financial investigation, collaborative practice, divorce mediation, and income tax preparation. Her extensive background encompasses conducting business valuations for scenarios like minority shareholder disputes, divorce proceedings, medical practice acquisitions, gift and estate planning, and business buy/sell transactions.
She has undertaken intricate financial analyses, including tracing funds in cases such as a $20 million marital dissolution, managing family real estate assets, elder abuse investigations, income/payroll tax fraud inquiries, and criminal financial probes, providing crucial expert witness testimony. Sherry has also excelled in mediating marital and business partnership dissolutions and fulfills the role of instructor for the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts’ Business Valuation Certification Program.
Sherry has also written numerous articles for publications such as the MGMA PA Pulse Newsletter, Pennsylvania CPA Journal, and more. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, golfing with her husband, spending time with her children, and her love of live music, reading, and writing poetry. Some fun facts about her include she is currently writing a memoir and plays the djembe drum.
