Sharon serves as the Director of Human Resources at Sax LLP and has over 20 years of experience building HR infrastructure through professional development, employee relations, and organizational structure. Sharon is charged with strengthening the tie between the firm and its employees and is responsible for the strategic development of the organization and team members by managing and motivating talent, leading company-wide performance management, and expanding the corporate culture as the firm witnesses rapid growth. She also serves as an advisor to senior management on succession strategies, effective organizational structure, and incorporating a progressive corporate culture that attracts and retains exceptional talent.
Sharon is a graduate of Syracuse University where she studied Sociology. Before joining Sax, she was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Tommy Hilfiger.
