Peter is a Partner at Sax and joined the firm through the 2022 merger with KMR LLP where he served on the leadership team since 2000. Since 1986, he has been actively involved in providing privately held businesses with highly personalized management, tax, and audit advisory services.

His efforts have been focused on providing a wide range of industries with management and business advisory services, especially in helping them secure debt and equity financing, establish relationships with banks and factors, and implementing and maintaining internal accounting systems.

Mr. Gadaleta’s client roster includes companies in real estate, manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution, construction, textile, apparel and technology, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans. He has worked extensively in these areas and is particularly well versed in financial and tax-related issues that are unique in these industries, with an emphasis toward reducing overall income and estate tax liability.

Mr. Gadaleta holds a CPA license in New York and Puerto Rico.
