Kathleen Rutch has over 30 years of public accounting experience and joined Sax when it combined with James D. Miller & Co. out of New York City in 2019. There, Kathy served as Partner in addition to the in-house network administrator, overseeing all the computer programs and processing. Kathy’s primary area of expertise is in tax compliance and planning for individuals, trusts, estates and not-for-profit entities. She also provides tax and basic personal financial planning and prepares fiduciary accountings.

Kathy is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey. She is also a Notary Public in New Jersey.
