Frank Centrella was named Partner at Sax LLP in 2022 and is Leader of the firm’s Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution Practice. He has been practicing public accounting for almost 35 years and through his extensive and diverse background he delivers effective tax services and business advice to clients across various industries.
At Sax, Frank is responsible for all controversy matters at the firm, including examinations from federal and state tax agencies, offers, compromises, and compliance with FBAR matters. Frank is charged with implementing procedures that have helped resolve client matters based on issues raised in examinations.
Frank is also a member of Sax’s Manufacturing & Distribution Practice, specializing in distribution and inventory management, shareholder agreements, profitability, succession planning, financial strategy, operational efficiencies, risk management and tax challenges.
Frank is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. He frequently authors articles, and speaks on event panels, podcasts and webinars on pressing tax issues for businesses.
