Promoted to Partner in 2024, Eric serves as the Leader of Retirement Plans for Sax Wealth Advisors and is a dedicated resource for businesses who sponsor a workplace retirement plan for their employees. Eric ensures that employers and individual 401(k) savers alike have the long-term strategy, vision, and support needed to help put retirement readiness within reach.

Eric has specialized in retirement plans throughout his career, gaining extensive experience on both the recordkeeping and investment provider sides of the industry. Prior to joining Sax, Eric spent more than 9 years at Prudential and 3 years at Fred Alger Management, working closely with Plan Sponsors, their advisors, and vendors.

Eric is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation. An active Rutgers alum, Eric is the Treasurer of the Rutgers Club of NYC, a social and philanthropic organization for Rutgers alumni in the greater NYC area. He enjoys spending time with his young son and daughter and attempting to play golf and chess.
