Donovan is a Partner at Sax and joined the firm through the 2022 merger with KMR LLP where he served as Principal. He has over 25 years of experience in the tax and accounting field and specializes in serving clients within the diamond, jewelry, apparel and nonprofit industries, as well as high-net-worth individuals.

Donovan concentrates on tax return preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations for closely held businesses. He is responsible for coordinating workflow and an efficient staff schedule to ensure the firm is meeting their high standards of client service. Donovan is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, and rooting for the Yankees, Giants and Knicks.
