The 13^th Annual 4 MILER

SAX is proud to announce that our 13th 4 MILER will once again be held at our SAX Headquarters on September 21, 2024.

For the past 12 years, the firm has facilitated the 4 MILER run/walk event with 100% of dollars raised directly supporting the hospital’s Child Life Department at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ, which provides quality-of-life therapies to their pediatric patients. These therapies are funded by outside support and have shown to be highly beneficial in mitigating the negative effects of hospitalization, particularly for patients with chronic, life-threatening or terminal illness.

Together with our event sponsors, donors, participants, and volunteers, we have raised over $925,000 since the 4 MILER’s inception in 2012 and have proudly become the Department’s largest financial contributor.

This year, we are on our race to raise $1 million in total dollars raised. We hope you will consider supporting Sax’s 4 MILER and helping to make a meaningful impact on the pediatric patients of St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.

The 12^th Annual 4 MILER

Sax is an avid supporter of St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ. For the past eleven years, the firm has facilitated the 4 MILER at SAX headquaters run/walk event with 100% of dollars raised directly supporting the hospital’s Child Life Department. This year’s SAX 4 MILER will be held at a new location – our state-of-the-art headquarters in the heart of Parsippany, NJ!

The Child Life Department offers high-impact holistic therapies to their pediatric patients, including therapeutic play, non-pharmalogical pain management, art therapy, animal-assisted therapy and music therapy. These therapies are funded by outside support and shown to be highly beneficial in mitigating the negative effects of hospitalization, particularly for patients with chronic, life-threatening or terminal illness.

Together, with our event sponsors, donors, participants and volunteers, we have raised over $800,000 since the 4 MILER’s inception in 2012 and have proudly become the largest financial contributor to the Child Life Department.
