Parsippany, NJ, January 6, 2022: Top 100 accounting, tax and business advisory leader, Sax LLP, is proud to announce their next generation of firm leaders with the promotion of three Directors, two Senior Managers and one Wealth Advisor to the position of Partner.
The following advisors will join an impressive management team at Sax which is now comprised of 43 Partners, effective January 1, 2022: Craig Cassano, Frank Centrella, April Kushner, Helena Lynch, Deborah Nappi and Joseph Piela.

Craig Cassano specializes in high-net-worth tax compliance and advisory, as well as gift and estate compliance and planning. He is Co-Leader of the firm’s Private Client Practice and has a working knowledge of the hedge fund, private equity, real estate, and the entrepreneur space with individual clients exceeding $2 billion net worth. Frank Centrella has been practicing public accounting for almost 35 years and delivers effective tax services and business advice to clients across various industries. Frank is the Leader of the firm’s Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution Practice and is responsible for all controversy matters at the firm, including examinations from federal and state tax agencies, offers, compromises, and compliance with FBAR matters. She has years of experience auditing and reviewing various types of not-for-profits, such as religious organizations, membership organizations, and social service organizations.
