About
Greg is a Tax Partner at SAX and a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice. He has more than 25 years of private client experience, including public accounting experience at national firms and 10 years of experience practicing law as an estate planning attorney.
Greg’s responsibilities include income, estate, gift and GST tax compliance and consulting services for a broad range of individuals, families and related closely held businesses. Greg works with clients in many industries, including many founders and tech employees where he has developed an expertise in equity compensation issues. While serving as a trusted advisor, Greg works closely with his clients’ attorneys and financial advisors to meet his clients’ goals in the areas of estate planning, taxation, cash flow, insurance and asset protection.
Greg often reviews clients’ existing estate planning documents and provides recommendations regarding Wills, trusts and sophisticated estate planning techniques, including life insurance trusts, dynasty trusts, lifetime gifting, use of discounting, GRATs, charitable trusts, personal residence trusts and private foundations.
Greg is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and an attorney admitted to the New York bar.
