Sep 07 New York Charities Bureau Filing Change

The New York State Charities Bureau announced that as of September 19, 2022, all annual filings would need to be submitted online. The online application allows electronic signatures and payment options, making filing easier and minimizing review time. This measure will also reduce incomplete areas and errors within submissions.

In order to help those going through the online filing process for the first time, the bureau has created an interactive online checklist that breaks down what will be needed to complete the filing efficiently.
